Above the cliffs, the trail leads through relatively young forest. The trail is a delightful ride, but there are occasional sections that separate and continue slightly off the straight path. Perhaps a section of the cliffs is in danger of collapsing?
Be careful of oncoming traffic, as the path isn't particularly wide.

On the way you pass an old lighthouse building.
Diagonally opposite the old beacon building "Fog signal Gollwitz" stands the "new", but is only a very high (but not so nice) steel scaffolding.
