Beautiful recently constructed amphibian pool with a wooden walking and sitting deck and a resting bench. One of the most "zen" seats I've been in in recent months. The relatively small but really pretty pool is disconnected from the springs and rift in this pretty watered area where the Kleine Gete meanders and history is never far away. We really enjoyed the tranquility here for a long time, birds of prey searching for prey and the pool itself. The recently constructed piece of boardwalk and wooden deck provides enormous added value, just like the location with so many other beautiful things in this beautiful piece of nature and hiking infrastructure. The amphibian pool mainly contains groundwater and rainwater and should not completely dry out even in dry summers due to its location on a non-permeable clay layer and the depth of the pool. Hopefully it never gets too busy here because it's fun everywhere.
