The Engel beer factory has been around for a long time. From 1738 there are first records of the Crailsheim brewery "Zum goldenen Engel".
In the 19th century, the Fach family took over the fortunes of the brewery and is now running it in the fifth generation.
In the 1980s, the Engel beer factory was the first brewery in Germany to bottle Radler.

The Biermanufaktur Engel in Crailshaim has been voted several times among the best breweries in Germany. And indeed: The beer is delicious, especially the alcohol-free Kellerbier tasted really good.
