The bothy is the latest of around 100 remote huts. The building was completely renovated in 2022 and officially opened as a shelter for walkers in January 2023. It has one room with bunk beds and one room with benches and a fireplace. There is also a separate outhouse with toilets. Geldie Burn is close by and you have a magnificient view over the Cairngorms. Enjoy your stay!

The derelict building was renovated by the Mountain Bothies Association. It even has toilets. Great for many hillwalking, gravel riding and other mountain adventures.
It is good practice to carry your rubbish out. Follow the mountain Bothy code and check latest information here: mountainbothies.org.uk

An 8-bunk refurbished bothy with stove and with a modern external compost toilet house. Plenty of camping space adjacent to the bothy. An awesome facilty.
