The neo-Romanesque building was built between 1904 and 1908 and was consecrated by Archbishop Thomas Nörber of Freiburg. In 1957 the church received new bronze bells. The interior was renovated in 1960, although some depictions from the time of its creation have been preserved. The two-manual church organ was built by Pfaff in Überlingen in 1975.

the bells of the parish church Sacred Heart of Jesus
The parish church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus has a three-part bell made by the Schilling bell foundry in 1958.
In an octagonal bell tower, the three bells hang in a steel bell chair, which was probably built between the world wars or is even still from the time of construction.
The tower has clock faces on three sides. All three bells are integrated into the hour strike. Bells 2 and 3 strike the quarter hour, bell 1 strikes the hour. On the church storage floor there is still a disused mechanical wheel clockwork.
