In the two bays, which are partially visible from the trail above, seals can be seen on the beach and in the water, with a bit of luck you can see the white seal babies lying on the sand. In the water you can also, with luck and equipped with binoculars, see bottlenose dolphins. If you want to see the water and everything close up, you can do a boat tour with Dale Sea Safaris (not to be missed, at the Lockley Lodge at the Martins Haven car park).
