Very nice waterfall in the Laintal. In the upper part of the gorge, a small bridge over the waterfall leads to the grotto, with the statue of the Virgin Mary. The upper end of the Laintalklamm can be reached via a few hairpin bends. Afterwards, the trail again runs almost flat along the Lainbach to its source, the Lautersee at about 1,020 meters.

Nice, not demanding way, good with baby scales feasible. As a small walk always recommended. Be sure to explore the rock garden and enjoy the great view of the Karwendel massif.

A beautiful section of the trail, initially along the Lainbach, which then increasingly gets more small waterfalls. At the large waterfall, it goes down stairs to Mittenwald.
For prams and bike therefore not suitable.

The Laintal is wildly romantic and very well suited for a short hike. The water ripples slowly next to the hiking trail. You can also see the Lainbach waterfall at several points along the way.

Unfortunately, the way is closed until the end of October. There is a path above the gorge beyond. Unfortunately not so nice.

A beautiful hiking trail through the Laintal. A moderate incline / decline. A wide gravel path meanders here frugally parallel to the Lainbach into the valley. This part can still be run without any restrictions.

The Laintal connects the town of Mittenwald and the Lautersee. In the higher Lautersee, the water from the Wetterstein Mountains collects, which then flows over the Lainbach towards the Isar. On its way from the lake on the sunny plateau into the valley to Mittenwald, the Lainbach dug a valley over several waterfalls.
