The two waterfalls are located in some kind of recreational area. First when you arrive you'll find yourself in an adventure park like surrounding with different kind of accomodation and restaurants. There's also a little zoo, but it's seems to be more saddening than delightful.
From the parking area it's a 10 min walk over two suspension bridges to Dray Nur waterfall, which is usually the one carrying more water. Passing the first suspension bridge instead will lead you to Dray Sap waterfall after 2 minutes.
There're many places to rest or picnic around, the latter is popular with Vietnamese teenagers. The area and the waterfalls are nice but not astonishing. Worth to visit when in the area but probably not if you plan to especially come for it. Entrance fee for an adult is 80k VND, for children 50k VND.
