The river has to be crossed by foot through the water. Some people jump over the stones at the nearby waterfall. With much water during the rainy season it might be impossible to cross. Be careful where to cross, the current can be strong and the water deeper than expexted.
As of February 2024 the bridge is still broken. East of the bridge leads a small path to the river. We could cross the river with the bikes quite smoothly there
