The Kleen Meulen is a water mill in Lummen. It was built at the beginning of the 18th century, with the house with oil mill to the left of the bridge and the grain mill to the right. The original buildings were restored in 2009. Milling takes place for a few hours every week (on Saturdays), very interesting to see and to get the explanation from the trained volunteer miller who, as an avid walker (with his wife), saw an advertisement one day, as he told us, responded to it and now mills and guides.

Description of the mill: "The Kleen Meulen is located on the Mangelbeek. It is the starting point of a signposted 3 km walk through the Lummensbroek. At the Kleen Meulen there is also a holiday home that you can rent for a stay in this beautiful area. The mill was built before 1715. In 1782, it was still made of wood and clay and was in urgent need of renovation. It was rebuilt in stone. Around 1875, the mill became an oil mill and a grain mill (corn and buckwheat). In 1931, the oil mill on the left bank was dismantled and converted into a warehouse. The interior of the grain mill was preserved, but the water wheel disappeared around 1967.
