The Wernigerode-Westerntor station is one of the most important stations on the Harz narrow-gauge railways. It is located about one kilometer from the Harzquerbahn's terminus at Wernigerode main station. In its immediate vicinity is the historic city center of the “Colorful City on the Harz”. You can reach the picturesque half-timbered house ensemble in just a few minutes' walk from Westerntor train station.
