An icon of the city and an architectural and social symbol, it is undoubtedly a place that does not go unnoticed and that you cannot miss out on visiting. Ernesto Tornquist was the forerunner of this magnificent building back in 1904 and originally it was just the tower called Torre Belvedere. After several decades of boom, in the 70s it suffered abandonment and deterioration until the building was valued to recover it. Today it is a restaurant and cultural center that can be visited at any time of the year. The views from here do not disappoint at all!
