Bober Niederung nature reserve
One of the most beautiful nature reserves with the most variety of flora and fauna is located in the southeast of the Hanseatic city and embodies the essential landscape areas of Hamburg in one piece: the up to 30 meter high Geest (in the north and northeast), the inland dunes (in the center of the nature reserve), the Achtermoor as a relic of the marginal moor zone (in the west) and further south the areas of the marsh (Billwerder).
