The Pinilla reservoir is the first reservoir of the Lozoya River, it was built in 1967 and belongs to the drinking water supply network of the city of Madrid. The bike ride along the shore of the lake is very pleasant, there is no difference in level and the surface is magnificent along the route of the Lozoya Valley Nature Trail.
