Coming from the city center, the district center to the right of Klemensplatz can be recognized from afar by its distinctive bell tower. The success of the well thought-out planning concept with its diverse mix of uses of business premises, offices, medical practices and apartments can be seen from the current occupancy rate and the daily number of visitors.
