"Kościuszko Beech" is a specimen of the common beech, it is a natural monument with dimensions: breast height diameter approx. 1.1 m, circumference approx. 3 m, height approx. 28 m, its age is estimated at approx. 180 years. It is the only specimen of this species. trees of such dimensions in the area of the Kozienicka Forest. Under it, according to legend, Tadeusz Kościuszko rested in the spring of 1794. Hence the names of the nearby villages of Tadeuszów and Kościuszków. Probably the headman was in these parts, but the beech did not grow then. "
