Marselisborg Deer Park is not a deer park in the original sense as it is not intended for deer hunting. The idea is more like a small safari park but only presents a few common species with no exotic animals. Sika deer were originally introduced to graze the winding open forest hills, but later deer and wild boar were added.

Great facility and the animals are easy to observe if you take your time and take your time. Some are also very curious.
Quieter children could even pet them. It was lovely to see. We were there in the late afternoon and the light was very nice. There are also places to sit here and there.
