About 15 minutes by car from the center of Havana is the famous parade square "Plaza de la Revolucíon" with the huge images of Che Guevara and Fidel Castro, which are among the most important and most famous Havana sights.
The square dominates with the 109 m high tower and a 18 m high statue of José Martí. He is with 72,000 m2. the largest inner-city square in Cuba. Official political rallies are regularly held here. Fidel Castro spoke here annually on special occasions to more than a million Cubans. The tower is the tallest structure in the city and you can take an elevator to the top.
This square with its old communist Eastern Block buildings is definitely worth a visit, but in my opinion it's nothing spectacular....🚴♂️
