The stairs up.
If you visit Krka National Park and have time, you should also make your way to Roski Slap. This part of the national park is far less visited than the one between Lozovac and Skradin. At the Roski Slap there is another small challenge of a physical nature, which I think is definitely worth it. It is the Ozidana cave above the Krka valley.
The path looks more adventurous than it really is. The stairs and the path in the rock are safe to walk on.
Of course, 517 steps up to the cave are not for everyone. But if you have time, you should take this "fitness program" with you.
Always look up and not down, then the path for the majority should be easy to complete.
Directly at the stairs you can see peculiar rock formations. These lime deposits are probably caused by running water.
It's worth looking down
Don't despair, the view is even more beautiful from the top.
Here the road over the Krka can be seen quite well in the picture. Below is a lake and right next to it is a hydroelectric power plant.
If we look upstream, we also see a lake and on the left of the picture the footbridge for pedestrians over the Roski Slap.
Here the bridge again...
...and here the bridge for vehicle traffic. It is just 2.20 meters wide. A normal car can easily get through there.
Some sections of the path are protected from falling rocks by such protective grids.
