A great nature trail with lots of information boards. Unfortunately, there is no sign of mining anymore except for a few collapsed holes in the forest.

In addition to the Döllberg area, the area between Domberg and Sauerberg was the most important ore area in Suhl.
At eleven stations you can learn a lot of interesting facts about the history of mining in Suhl, for example about the Friedrichschacht, the Suhler Berglöcher or the publisher Joseph Meyer and his mine at Linsenhof.
