The village of Arnstein lies on a plateau of the Franconian Jura and here on the eastern edge of the village a viewpoint from the spur of the Victoria rock offers a wonderful view of the Kleinziegenfeld valley.

The Spornspitze is a beautiful place with views of the valley to the south and the Schrepfersmühle.
The Rstallstein stable is an abandoned medieval spur castle. Its former main plateau is today's cemetery of Arnstein.
As a protected Bodendenkmal the remains of the former castle of the Bavarian State Office for Historic Preservation under the monument number D-4-5933-0084 out.

The castle was probably built in the middle of the 13th century by the Knights of Rauschner and described for the first time in more detail in the Lindenberg Urbarium of Rauschner 1410. It was owned by Martin von Waldenfels around 1560. From ancient sources one concludes that it was uninhabited since the beginning of the 16th century. Nothing is known about the end of the castle.
The plant and the mountain spur are separated from the plateau in the west by a formerly 38-meter section wall. In the interior of the Wall is a medieval wall raised with white lime mortar. From the wall, the northern part to the left of the cemetery entrance with a height of four to five meters has been preserved. The southern part was removed during the construction of the small parking lot. Except for minor moat remains of the castle is nothing more to see.
