It is a hermitage with a rectangular plan with a double-sided roof and belfry. Construction made with stone and mortar. Like the others in the area, it is small in size.

It was commissioned by D. José Dalmau, founder of the convents of the Carmelite Order of Barcelona and Gràcia, donating 600 ducats. It was consecrated on March 17, 1612. It was abandoned, like the others, in 1835, during the appropriation of the property of the church promoted by Mendizábal.

The waters of its source were considered in 1891 to be the richest in minerals.

The walls and the roof are still standing, although the roof has long since collapsed.
