From the end of August 2018 the time has finally come: the new "Museum Peter August Böckstiegel" will open with the exhibition "Expression of its origin". The exhibition runs until 21.10.2018. So enough time to get to know the new museum from inside and outside.
Located right next to the birthplace of Böckstiegel, it is the first opportunity to experience the work of this important representative of so-called Westphalian Expressionism in an appropriate setting.

The museum is opened ...

... and from Wednesday to Sunday, 12-18 clock, open. The opening exhibition "Expression of its Origin - The Artist Peter August Böckstiegel" will be shown until October 21, 2018. Please note: The historic Künstlerhaus can only be visited as part of a guided tour. Public tours of the museum and the Künstlerhaus take place on Saturdays and Sundays at 3pm.
