It's very good to drive here. Unfortunately, where the road crosses the Ziemenbachtal, i.e. somewhere between Hohenzieritz and Blumenholz, you have to switch back onto it again, because unfortunately there is no cycle path on this section.

The cycle path between Hohenzieritz and Peckatel is approximately three kilometers long and pleasantly rideable, away from traffic. It leads through a gently rolling landscape with wide fields, small forests, and beautiful views, including those towards Lake Liepssee. The path is ideal for a relaxing break on a longer bike tour. In Hohenzieritz, a stop in the castle park is a great place to take a break with its historical significance and well-maintained grounds. The route is ideal for incorporating into tours through the Mecklenburg Lake District and the Müritz National Park.
