Full tunnel boring machine (TVSM) from the renowned Robbins Company from Ohio. This machine is equipped with a relatively small 6 m drill head and was good for domestic coal mining. Incidentally, the Robbins Company built the world's largest hard rock tunnel boring machine with a diameter of 14.4 m for the Robert Moses Niagara power plant?
Most recently, this 6 m Robbins was used in the EBV's Westfalen mine in Ahlen. A "Robbins machine" was also used successfully in the 1980s to drive the Min. Stein mine. Today, full tunnel boring machines in hard rock are more in demand than ever.
I don't think there is anything more to say about this "Robbins" because the drill head is specific and does not require any further details, especially since it may confuse the community.
