The last town before continuing to the top of the climb. There are fountains to fill up with water, public toilets and several bars/cafes. After this point, the phone signal is reduced, although you should be able to reconnect at the top.

Here it is a little easier during the ascent of the Glandon. Drinking water is also there. This is followed by a small descent, but then a steep part towards the dam.

This is where you pass when you climb up to the Col de Glando. There are a few drinking water points.
