The Lindenbühl is a hill between a tributary of Litzenwälderbächles and the Harnischwälderbächlli, a tributary of the coal stream that flows towards Waldkirch. Directly below the Buehls is the "Linde", a well-frequented restaurant. The hill can be approached from Kollnau or from the Litzenwalderbächletal (from Keppenbach) and serves as a nice alternative to the Gscheid. In both directions, it is especially towards the end of very steep upward. But one is rewarded with a wonderful view of the Kandel; the benches invite you to rest.

This freshly asphalted way away from the ascent to the Gscheid over the Lindenbühl is beautiful (and a good alternative to the Gscheid!). There are only a few farms and there is hardly anything going on. Shortly before closing you can stop in the lime tree or take the extremely steep last piece directly. Above, there is a wonderful view of the Kandel.
