The beach is beautiful everywhere in Zandvoort. Clean sand can be seen as far as the eye can see. At low tide there are also many hollows with water where small children can play in the (then warm) water. There are also many beach cafés where you can fortify yourself and fight your thirst.

We were in Zandvoort again on July 1, 2025.
We were shocked at how crowded and littered the beach was.
People were packed together at the beach café areas.
You had to reserve tables at the beach cafés, and you were only allowed to sit for a maximum of 1.5 hours.

I'd rather never go to Zandvoort in the summer again and only go during the off-season.
