The Roman Catholic parish church of St. Peter and Paul in Mittenwald in the Upper Bavarian district of Garmisch-Partenkirchen belongs as part of the parish of the same name to the deanery of Werdenfels of the Archdiocese of Munich and Freising. The church at the address Matthias-Klotz-Strasse 2 is a listed building and is a landmark of Mittenwald with its richly painted church tower.

Today's church was built between 1734 and 1749 by the Wessobrunn master builder Joseph Schmutzer. The magnificent frescoes are by Matthäus Günther. The landmark of Mittenwald is the church tower, completed in 1746 and painted with the church patrons Peter and Paul. The parish currently has around 5,900 members.
