The Evangelical Lutheran Church of St. Kilian is in Westhausen, a municipality in the district of Hildburghausen (Thuringia). The listed Kilianskirche, which characterizes the townscape, is located in the immediate vicinity of the largely walled-in cemetery in the center of Westhausen.

The late Gothic building dates from 1466. The high choir, which is approximately eight meters long and seven meters wide, including the chancel, is spanned by a combination of cross and net vaults with four keystones. The middle window of the choir, with the colored representation of the crucified Christ as risen,[2] is the center of the choir area. The nave with a roughly square floor plan and a gable roof is spanned by a coffered ceiling. The organ in the west gallery was created in 1750 by the Hildburghausen organ builder Johann Christian Dotzauer. It was extensively restored between 2015 and 2017 by master organ builder Jörg Stegmüller.
