Interesting memorial site with decorated concrete helmets. Also a great place to take a break with picnic tables. The monument is not visible from the road, but one large concrete helmet has been placed in the raised area next to the road so that you can see where you need to be.

In memory of the battle of the silver helmets on August 12, 1914.
To commemorate the 100th anniversary of the end of the First World War, 44 concrete helmets were made and placed at one of the locations where the Battle of the Silver Helmets took place. Each helmet represents a Limburg municipality and has been edited by local artists, associations and schools
