This reservoir was inaugurated in the early 1990s and its main supplier is the Guadalete River. On clear days it takes on an impressive turquoise hue, and a multitude of water activities are carried out in its waters, such as paddle surfing, kayaking, triathlons, etc.

This site offers one of the best panoramic views of the reservoir and the entire environment that surrounds it, with the La Graja and Lagarín peaks behind. If you are around here you cannot miss it, in summer it is a very popular place for all kinds of activities such as paddle surfing, rowing, and many more.
