The church of Sant Bartomeu de Cabanyes is located about two kilometers from the town of Orrius, belonging to the Maresme region in the province of Barcelona.
It is a simple 11th-12th century Romanesque construction, consisting of a nave covered with a barrel vault and a semicircular apse with a small central window. It has a single-hollow belfry bell tower. During the Spanish civil war all his images were burned.
