A jewel among the bathing lakes in the Coburg region is the Rudufersee near Michelau. With its small sandy beach and a large sunbathing area, the Rudufer bathing lake offers something for everyone. It is also possible to rent sun loungers or a pedal boat with which you can explore the lake (approx. 17 hectares of water).
A kiosk with a terrace café takes care of your physical well-being. The Rudufersee has also been awarded the "Blue Flag", which speaks for its excellent water quality.
When can you bathe?
* From May 1st to September 15th
What does it cost?
* Access to the Rudufersee is free of charge.
What to pay attention to:
* Bringing animals is not permitted
* There is a charge for parking at the lake (1.00 to 3.00 €)
