The Royal Palace of Caserta is an imposing Baroque residence built by the Bourbon kings of the Two Sicilies in the 18th century. It has been a UNESCO heritage site since 1997 and tickets to visit it can also be purchased online. It has a vast park with fountains, waterfalls and gardens and inside it also houses a theatre, a library and an art gallery.
