The ten windmills of Campo de Criptana are grouped on a hilltop. Three of them date back to the 16th century. They are considered Sites of Cultural Interest.

Several of the windmills have been restored as museums. Of note are the Culebro Mill, dedicated to Sara Montiel, the Pilón Mill, dedicated to wine, and the Lagarto Mill, dedicated to the world of poetry.

From the top of the hill, there is a panoramic view of the La Mancha plain.
