Prokoško Lake is an ice lake and is located 22 km from the center of Fojnica, between the valleys of the Vrbas and Bosna rivers. The basin of the lake lies in the migmatite zone. The lake is filled with water from the glaciers and surrounding springs at the foot of Debelo brdo that melts snow from the surrounding slopes and atmospheric tides.

Prokoško Lake is a lake in Bosnia and Herzegovina, located in the municipality of Fojnica. It is settled 1,670 metres above sea level.
Around the lake, there are numerous shepherd's huts, made of wood, grouped into katuns (shepherd settlements). Many residents of the huts surrounding the lake come here in the spring and summer months to herd cattle, pick fruits such as blueberries or raspberries and make cheese. Some even rent out their cabins to tourists.
