Panorama Point offers stunning view of majestic Mount Rainier – of course, if the weather is good. Take a hike on a sunny day and enjoy the picturesque panorama of the dormant volcano and the surrounding mountain ranges. If you are lucky, you can see mountain goats roaming in the area. Sights of marmots and chipmunks are way more frequent.

At Panorama Point, as the name suggests, you have a great view of the great landscape. Above all, it is impressive how the vegetation changes here. There is not much left of low-growing fauna, stones and debris predominate here. When visibility is good, you become aware of the proximity of the volcano.
