Directly on the banks of Loch Lomond is one of the last camping options before the West Highland Way leaves the lake.
There is plenty of space and many beautiful places to pitch your tent, swim, sit around a campfire, meet people and slowly say goodbye to Loch Lomond on a beautiful evening.

We camped here in summer (late august) and the area was completely saturated in ticks. Shame because of how beautiful the spot is. Avoid the grassy spots a bit up the shore! (This place would be great in winter/ after tick season)
