5-star campsite on the Baltic Sea beach

The dune camp is located in the north of Usedom, the most untouched part of the Baltic Sea island. It is located on the kilometer-long and fantastically wide Baltic Sea beach in the middle of a pine forest. A light sea breeze always carries the sound of the waves and the sea air right into the tents and caravans. The dune camp has 340 pitches. The dune camp was awarded 5 stars by the German Tourist Association for the very good infrastructure, the sanitary facilities and the technical supply of the pitches. The first-class overall equipment of the place offers excellent camping conditions for the whole year.

Family friendly campsite

Even the smallest campers are taken care of. The sanitary facilities of the dune camp are equipped with changing tables and baby bath tubs. Children feel very big when brushing their teeth and washing their hands in two family bathrooms at extra-low washbasins. In the reception building there is also a cozy playroom and Karlchen's book camp for rain cloud days.

State-of-the-art equipment

There are three modern and clean sanitary blocks on the dune camp site. Toilets, single and family showers and two disabled bathrooms are available to campers here.

Fantastic Baltic Sea beach

The Baltic Sea beach, which is directly adjacent to the dune camp, is one of the most beautiful on the island of Usedom. The water, in which bathing beauties and water sports enthusiasts enjoy themselves, is one of the cleanest in the world, clearly recognizable by the "Blue Flag", the international environmental symbol, which flies in Karlshagen. Sun worshipers and active vacationers alike are drawn to the Karlshagen beach. Some simply to relax and unwind here, others because of the good playing and sports conditions. Not least because of the fresh breeze, Karlshagen's sports beach is an insider tip for windsurfers. It is a popular meeting place for recreational and professional volleyball players throughout the season. The beach as the largest sandbox is a paradise for little builders. Here you will find the best building material for huge sandcastles with spill towers and moats.

Camping and tent site on the edge of Karlshagen. Nestled in pine trees and sandy dunes, you definitely get a Baltic Sea vibe here.

As a hiker, you can walk all the way through and come to a beautiful forest path in the south and directly to the Karlshagen promenade in the north. Regular beach access and clean sanitary facilities.
