Phyllotaxis is the name of the stone artwork of the artist Sjoerd Buisman. The term phyllotaxis stands for the arrangement of leaves in plants and flowers. The stone sculpture "Phyllotaxis Irrsee" from 1999 shows a section through the leaf stand of a celery stalk. The stone is a limestone from St. Koloman (between Hallein and Golling).
