Svea Andersson runs the lütte backstuv "Lechtworden" in Bünsdorf at Wührenredder 5. The bakery is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Everyone can serve themselves while stocks last. Only organic raw materials and ingredients are used. The bakery receives freshly ground grain and flour from the Bioland farm Mevs in Schinkel. Because it is better tolerated, no wheat is used, except for one type of roll. Baked with spelt and rye. The bakery has had a corresponding organic certification since March 2021.
