    Both trails are fabulous. If you have time deffo do both. But if time stretched then choose depending on just how much time you have. Either way the trails all include a good mix of obstacles and paths to test your skill and provide hours of fun.

      nice ride through uo to the choosing point, you can choose to go on the monkey trail which is a longer trail which then leads into follow the dog or you can just go on follow the dog which is a nice short ride

        This is the point were you choose which trail to take. Follow the dog or the longer monkey trail

          Both Follow the Dog and The Monkey Trail are both graded red. However, the dog is pretty easy with only a few obstacles. Monkey is much more deserving of the grade with with technical climbs and longer downhills.

            I've missed this more than once and ended up walking the dog twice just to get back to the monkey!
