The DAV Augsburg Climbing Center is a modern climbing facility that offers ideal training opportunities for both recreational climbers and ambitious athletes. The hall has attractive lead climbing and bouldering walls, which can be found both indoors and in the spacious outdoor area.
Offers and equipment:
• Climbing and bouldering areas: The facility offers around 1,900 m² of climbing and bouldering area, spread over indoor and outdoor areas. The climbing walls reach heights of up to 12 meters and offer routes of various levels of difficulty.
• Children's climbing area: A separate area has been created for the youngest visitors, where children can gain their first climbing experience in a playful way.
• Courses and workshops: The center offers an extensive course program for beginners and advanced climbers, including taster courses, basic and advanced courses as well as special workshops and technical courses.
• Bistro “Biwak”: At the heart of the climbing hall is the bistro, which offers a selection of food and drinks for refreshment before or after climbing.
• Climbing shop and physiotherapy practice: An integrated climbing shop offers equipment and accessories, while the physiotherapy practice offers support for sports-related complaints.
