산악자전거 라이딩
This "bell house" characterizes the Speßhardt townscape.
However, it is not a church or even a cathedral, because this building was built in 1902 and originally served as a home for the local fire department's equipment, a cattle scale and a cider press. It also served as a community facility for the residents of Speßhardt.
The 15-meter-high tower served as a bell system. The sound of the "Hosanna", the name of the bell, told people when it was time for lunch or to finish work. Ultimately, it was rung loudly when the fire department was needed.
