The Lac de Cleuson, originally Lac de Saint-Barthélemy,[1] is a reservoir of the Grand Dixence hydroelectric power plant in the municipality of Nendaz (district of Conthey) in the Swiss canton of Valais, at 2186 m above sea level. M. Lies (Wikipedia).
It's not ideal with a racing bike, because the last 3.5 km are a forest path - with a gravel bike it's the best tour and the reservoir and the view from above are fantastic 🤩

Beautiful climb to lac the Cleuson. Road bike is not the best as the last 3.5km is a gravelroad with lots of potholes. Especially the DH is therefore hard, since you have to go back the same way. However, it is doable with the road bike. The lake is beautiful and totally worth the climb. The climb is relatively good going up to the gravel part, there it is harder (11-15% parts up untill the top)
