The Haselbrünnle, located halfway to Oberaltertheim, is one of the sources of today's community Waldbrunn. Since time immemorial, narratives are entwined around the mystical site. Legend has it that in Waldbrunn the children were not born by midwives, but were hauled out of Haselbrünnle by a white-robed woman at birth.
