At the confluence of the Elbe and the Moldau (Vltava, from the old Germanic Wilt ahwa - wild water) near Mělník, the Elbe has a smaller flow rate and is shorter, but is still considered the largest river in the Czech Republic (supposedly the confusion was with the Celts) and belongs to it among the largest in Europe. Shortly after the Moldau, the Vranansko Horinsky Navigation Canal flows into the Elbe, where this short but very beautiful single trail is located.
