The Benedictine Palace was built thanks to the fortune made with the marketing of the eponymous liqueur. If you have the time and the inclination, you can take the guided tour which ends with a brief tasting. Health !

We booked a tour of the distillery. At the time, it was only available in French. Unfortunately, I don't speak the language. But it was still very enjoyable. I highly recommend it. The exhibition is also absolutely worth seeing.
