As a bird and natural paradise, the disused polder in Lüsche is already known as a highlight on Komoot. Various observations of fauna and flora can be made - among other things, because a lot of waterfowl but also dragonflies have their home here. The fact that there is next to it a nice seating area including a table, where you can settle in the shade of an oak tree is appealing, because on the one hand you can talk very well with like-minded people and the village population - and on the other hand, the nature-facing spirits of the enjoy rainfall of hornets, which appreciate the juice of the oak tree and therefore occur in droves. A good sign for a still reasonably intact natural space. Recommended! Hornets do not seek the proximity of humans and are completely harmless - if you treat them with respect.

You will find this little piece of luck at the northeastern part of the polder. On the way between Lüsche and Carum.
